Spent hours cleaning my car yesterday, sitting in a car park and a massive bird shite all down the window. Wash it off, get out the car and all down the bonnet. Usually a week to 10 days to get from port to the dealers and then another few days for them to PDI it / fanny about with paperwork. He told me vw cs only say it's kept in compound for 10days to cover there back. Should be with you sooner. My dealer thinks il have it in 7 days.
