My dealer is now chasing me to sort out handover must be some worry that when it gets to six months any agreement will change such as the finance arrangement? Never had so many emails or maybe they just want to get rid of me I think its the latter I queried this with my retailer end of last year and he said they have something like 9 months before it would cause an issue in regards to the finance agreement in place. I also went to see him yesterday and asked why its taking so long and he said this happens when the new reg comes out and it causes a bottleneck in Emden. Logistically they can't get more ships as its not that easy but IMO they should cater for this as it only happens twice a year. He said once it gets to the UK there isn't any issues as they can just get more transporters for the month to keep up with demand as they are much easier to obtain than ships. So far, I've had to update him every step of the way. I guess the race is well and truly on now.... in theory mine should get to Kettering quicker than yours gets to Portadown. Start your engines... It means the car hasn't been built very well, but it could be worse, some people get 5c. 5a: Car built perfectly 5b: Car could have been built better 5c: Car built but with components missing.
