Pigpen, from my experience, I never received a stage 4, but i received my stage 5 before my build week was supposed to start if you understand. From what I am led to believe from info from the salesman if your build week was say BW11 then your car should be built by then, usually the week before, this way they have a bit of flexibility. but all depends when the build started, at best started on the monday but could easily get built on the friday.
