I'm an ex Subaru owner and scoobynet member. Many moons ago I owned a 2002 bug eye wrx which was succeeded by a 2003 blob eye STi PPP both in WR blue. Cracking cars back then.

Which is exactly why I've sold my car. As a home worker going forward I have no need for it, we have two other cars in the household I can use if needed. Cash put aside ready for another car if I ever need one, wouldn't dream of buying at the moment with the artificially high prices.

Don't see why not if they can source one. Will cost you big though, possibly more than if it were spec'd from new.

I sold an Audi TT to them last night. Got £800 less than what I paid for it 19 months ago at a main dealer, a deal I couldn't refuse. Whole process only took around 20 mins.

Yeah I think he kept the Yaris all of ten minutes before flipping it.

No idea what it costs and tbh from what I've seen so far it's not that much different to stock. The thing with the YouTubers is apart from a couple ie TR hamza most don't really thrash the cars, they spend more time posing on busy London streets hitting the dizzy heights of 20mph.

I've seen them use battery powered grinders, off in no time, very lucrative for the to$$ers apparently.

Heads up for those curious about the mk8 power, Archie Hamilton is putting his dyno run on YouTube tonight. Should be interesting to see the figures after the drag runs.

On the assumption they wont be cheap as very little is at a main dealer, I think i'd rather pay the postage 😀

Purchase elsewhere and leave them an online review of your experience. If they want the negativity and loss of a new customer over 40 quid let them crack on.

Exactly. After watching the Archie Hamilton drag runs the mk8 looks like the real deal out of the box anyway. -
Bought many cars from Pulman, only dealer I trust but then again im biased as my brother inlaw is sales manager at one of their outlets, naturally I always get good service.

I suspect the dreaded thermostat issue so possibly time for open wallet surgery.

If you keep the car I don't see why this is at a premium cost. Finance the balloon payment however you chose, whether it be cash or finance. And bear in mind if it is financed theres no obligation to use VW finance, there are cheaper alternatives out there.

The crash repaired R8 is being raffled off at the moment, £15 A ticket, sold out within hours.

Same here, been watching him for a while. His last attempt failed, crashed C63, he could have botched it but chose not to and i think he's selling it for spares.

Been home working since March, no Christmas party this year so company sent out vouchers instead.

A lot of servicing dates will have been missed this year due to the pandemic so I can't see a few days being an issue at all.
