  1. I had the hiflow turbo elbow, turbo intake pipe and the R600... with this fitted the 7.5R made 314hp before tune(with parts fitted)...379hp about 1.5 hours later. Sent from my SM-G988B using Tapatalk
  2. Try AMD tuning. I used them for a custom engine and gearbox tune. I had the racingline intake and elbow. Went a second quicker at the Pod after tune. Sent from my SM-G988B using Tapatalk
  3. It's a perfect combination Sent from my SM-G988B using Tapatalk
  4. What's not to love... I used to look back at that all the time... [emoji22] Sent from my SM-G988B using Tapatalk
  5. I sold my 7.5 R estate last year and I miss it so much . I currently drive the Cupra Ateca and its just not as sexy. I was one of those that turned and looked every time I walked away from her. I had the R600, turbo elbow and inlet. Remap by AMD and had just under 380hp and a gearbox remap. 13 sec 1/4 mile dropped to 12 sec...and even managed a 11.99 once. I'm not a fan of the front G8 and if I had your choices... Definitely keep her and remap to stage 1 with supporting bits. It's like breathing new life into it. Sent from my SM-G988B using Tapatalk
  6. When I bought my Ateca, the standard warranty is 3 years and after some mishap on their side, I got compensated with an additional 2 year warranty. So the extension should be available to the VAG group. Sent from my SM-G988B using Tapatalk
  7. Can you extend your warranty for another 2 years? Sent from my SM-G988B using Tapatalk
  8. Hi I know exactly how you feel with spending a wad of cash and not getting the bragging rights as I had this on a previous vehicle (not my 2018 R) What I like to do is go to the pod on stock tune and then go again after. I've done this with my VXR8 and my R... And will be doing the same with my Cupra Ateca. With the R I had the exact parts as you but improved by 1 second on the 1/4 mile.... That was going from 314hp to 378hp... Now on the other side... With my VXR8 I went from 320whp to 360whp which was extremely disappointing on the day, but on the 1/4 mile I still improved by 1 second over s
  9. Not unless you've been doing le mans 24 hour... It's not normal. If it's under warranty then take it in. Sent from my CLT-L09 using Tapatalk
  10. IMO...I have taken it easy with the 2 brand new cars I've bought for the first 1000mls. When I say easy I mean 3000-4000 rpm... And not often. I have been told that newer cars are built so that they don't need to be run in. The engineering that goes into the parts had much improved from years ago. Back in the day oil was different too and so were the surfaces of parts that needed to bed in. I'm still a firm believer in taking it easy so that things can get used to each other... especially if I plan on keeping it. I also religiously change my oil and I think that this helps too... especially in
  11. I agree. I've sold my R wagon in April but still read here. I fortunately haven't strayed too far as I'm in the Cupra Ateca. This forum is so active and informative. I love it. Still miss my R [emoji3525]... It is a sexy looking car...I couldn't stop looking at it. I miss the big screen too. The Cupra is growing on me more and more. I suppose once I go S1 like with the R... The smile will get bigger. Sent from my CLT-L09 using Tapatalk
  12. Please correct me if I'm wrong but are the bottom 2 figures what your car was doing with the racingline tune? I'm glad you got your results. Makes it all worthwhile [emoji123] Sent from my Lenovo YT-X703L using Tapatalk
  13. Hi all I've found a website that you can upload track GPS data and compare with like minded people. I've heard of people using the app Racechrono. Also those with GoPro 5 and up with GPS can also upload their GPS location only. Check it out if that's something that's of interest. Cheers Sent from my CLT-L09 using Tapatalk
  14. With your S2 upgrades you should really be close to 400 club. Which area are you in? When I had my wagon I had S1 with R600, elbow and inlet. I went to AMD and was nearly 380 from 312. Had before and after Dyno. Sent from my CLT-L09 using Tapatalk
  15. [emoji106] good luck Sent from my CLT-L09 using Tapatalk
