Emailing me updated figures tomorrow. General Sales Manager, Rob, was a cracking guy to deal with, said he is going to deal with my himself from now until collection. Worth complaining Result then - well done!! I just hope you like the R, in the end. If it's too slow, unresponsive and 'tame' for you, heaven help us on this Forum!!!! It will be quick and as planted as I need it, its just the manual im worried about. After getting into a bit of mopey, whiskey and sob story mood last night about my car never coming this morning the tracker has gone straight from stage 3 to stage 5. Keep asking for some info but keep getting told they'll request an update from the factory, but then no update occurs. Got my 5a 4 weeks ago tomorrow, was originally told it was kept back for further inspections. Got told last Monday, 2nd March, that it had definitely been released from the factory and was on it's way to the port, but since then nothing. Last asked for an update on Monday morning, through their twitter feed, they again told me they were requesting further info from the factory, but i've heard nothing yet, only that they will tell me when they hear back. You just cant simply look at someone's timeline for text/emails who has an earlier bw than yours to better understand when yours is in build, or at emden etc. The whole process is wrong and should be looked at to give the punters an exact in detail up date as to where the feck their car is.
