My submission. Asked dealer to clean this at every service. They agreed when booking in, but called to say that they didn't have the seals in stock at each service, so only changed the oil. I let the extended warranty go this year, to start looking after it my self and then is starts scrabbling for grip. I initially thought it was tyres, but digging a little deeper revealed it to be the Haldex. New pump installed today and all is well again.

That is a smart looking car (i just 'might' be biased though)...

I can't remember what my first vinyl was, but my first CD was Whitesnake 1987.

Just received my DAS-6 Pro and some pads from CleanYourCar 🙂 My old Meguiars DA polisher is feeling it's age now, but I might get a 3" back plate and some small pads for it in future...

Here's my effort. Gradual progression over the years. The Astra wasn't so much a car as an educational toy. (In fact it started the day I brought it home and the hand brake cable snapped) The Jetta was a great little car. The Sierra needed 2 engine rebuilds (1 fire and 1 snapped timing chain cog). The Audi needed an engine rebuild (1 failed timing idler pulley, 28 bent valves, 2 damaged pistons and a few late nights in the garage) The Subaru never missed a beat. Early days for the Golf (planning long term though...)

Bought a Meguiars Ultimate Paint Care Kit from Halfrauds of all places (I already use Meguiars products and the price was actually really good). Then ordered a Raceglaze water filter too.

My old pliers reached fine, but the grip was sadly lacking 😞

I received some of the Amazon ones for Christmas. Tried and failed to get the plastic pins out.... I think I need some better quality Needle nose pliers. (Not that I need much of an excuse to go tool shopping).
