very small list from me

Rover 25 1.4 impression special edition (first car, brand new) - Y reg (year 2000?)

Corsa sri 08 reg - missus bought it then didn't want it as wanted a magenta fiesta so I took it in 2009 (remapped etc 225 bhp, 233 tourque

astra diesel 2.0 cdti bought 15 months old (better built than golf r!)

now golf r

Not a great car history due to getting my first property in 2003, so had no money for upgrading car etc, in hindsight would have been better off living at home saving, but property prices were really motoring from 2002 onwards.

Been driving 10 years next month and this is my car list since passing my test at 17.

Peugeot 106 quicksilver

Mk6 fiesta Zetec S - My favourite car I've ever had, it was my pride and joy. First car that I ever modified. Ended up heavily modified over the 2.5 years I had it. Cosmetically and performance, it was only a 1.6 but I put piper bp272 cams in it, full milltek with a decat and remapped. Even got a magazine feature in performance ford.

Corsa VXR - Fairly heavily modified again, had it running 246bhp

Mk5 Fiesta Zetec S -  Bought this to use as a track car, paid £600 for it. Stripped it, bucket seats, gaz coilovers, strut braces,  4 pot brakes, bias valve, cage, 15" team dynamic 1.2's with R888 tyres and took everything that I could out of it to save weight. I then bought a £300 1.7 ford puma engine which I fitted myself after never doing anything like this before. I then gave it death on track for just over a year. I've never had so much fun in my life. Was brilliant fun on track, and because it was so light and running approximately 140bhp it surprised so many bigger faster cars. It owed me about £2200 as I sold everything I took out to make some money back. Bang for buck it was the best £2200 I ever spent, would love to do it again. When I stripped and sold everything I got back about £4000 so even more win.

Astra VXR - Only cosmetic mods, didn't have it long as I got my apprenticeship not long after which involved more traveling and less money.

Seat Ibiza Cupra 1.9tdi - Bought this as it was 160bhp standard and was a diesel to save me ££ on fuel. Absolutely hated it, sold it after 3 weeks.

Clio sport 197 - Wanted to get back in a petrol, bought one of the worst fuel economy cars ever 😂 But its one of the favourite cars I've owned, had the cup chassis on it so it handled fantastic. Sold it after 6 months as it was costing me too much.

Mk7 fiesta zetec s - Looked stunning this car if I say so myself, also had the mountune kit on it with a full milltek and decat - sounded lovely.

Astra SRI 1/9cdti - Got sick of cars and was doing 15k miles a year so needed something that looked ok and was cheap to buy and run while I was finishing my apprenticeship. Modded it to look like the 888 astra and remapped it to 200bhp.

Golf R - Kept the astra for a lot longer than first planned, kept it 4 years and once I'd qualified and got my new job where I have a company vehicle I could finally treat myself to a tidy car. Glad I waited to do it like I did, had the golf since May and still finding excuses to drive it anywhere.

I'm also into my bikes but I ride motocross and enduro. Had my fair share of bikes over the years too. I done my direct access last year and I've currently got a road legal ktm 250 exc. A road bike will definitely enter my life at some point though.

Mine is probably the briefest here:

1.0 Corsa B 1999- "undisclosed" (read: puny) power, but at least 1bhp if not more... first car and loved it. Was mint condition. and kept that way. factory sunroof and CD player!!

2.0 mk5 GT TDI manual - 140bhp, fettled to 180bhp. Great daily car, used and abused and not a single issue. MK6 R alloys, black GTi lights. put 70,000 on it in 2 and a half years and only needed a bearing and a CV boot.

2.0 mk7 Golf R manual - still stock. Love it.

Also infrequently drove a 2006 Renault Trafic 9-seater which was my families (a fan of vans actually, but it's no Transit), and borrowed a Corsa E for a short time (not a fan. give me the B any day)

Not bad for 24 though...
