AHG
I found a new one in a German site comes in packs of 4 https://www.kunzmann.de/shop/en/tire-wheels/hub-cover/vw-hubcap-set-black-chrome-r-emblem-genuine-volkswagen.htm EDIT: They won’t ship to UK for under 160€ EDIT 2: They seem to have it in stock at LLLPARTS They also ship International so that’s good (sent them an email to verify it is the R logo ones) https://www.lllparts.co.uk/product/5H0601171A721/5h0601171a721-genuine-vag Swerve

Yes suction cup with trim tool works fine👍
AHG
No luck for me with suction cup just fingers and tool and lots of force

nn7man
About to pull the trigger on some RL parts. Just under bonnet stuff for now. 4x billet caps (oil, coolant, brake fluid, washer fluid) plus the fuel filler. And obviously the bonnet strut. Will do the billet oil filter housing too when it has its first oil change. Was also going to do the RL dipstick but on closer inspection, the 8.5 R doesn't have one! nn7man
Got the OEM vinyl sill protectors going on tomorrow too. Wanted something for all 4 doors so ended up going with VW's parts. Dealer is fitting FOC in their body shop so should be a decent job. AHG and Booth11 1

JoeGTI7
Great job with the spoiler @Tethias! Huge improvement. Its interesting that it can be purchased pre-painted too, which makes the whole thing easier. Can you elaborate on how simple it was to fit? Is the old one simply bolted on or is there any adhesive involved? And new one is a direct swap with no faff required to make it fit? AndyNo1
I had previously bought some dynamic indicators online thinking because I paid a bit more money for them they would be good....dont get me wrong, they were great but the fitment was poor so decided to bite the bullet and order some OSRAM ones. Couldnt justify paying nearly £200 for the black ones, so found a pair of white ones (new) for about £95 delivered. I plan to tint them so they blend in more with the black mirror caps. These are great and the fitment is spot on chillly and Booth11

The 8.5 has a different part, shared with the Passat etc. Bought my "White Edition" ones here: https://www.ledperf.co.uk/osram-sequential-side-indicators-in-white-or-black-for-volkswagen-golf-8-p-124452.html bertie1249 and AndyNo1
JoeGTI7
The part is different in the MK7. I posted a link to where I got the black edition versions a couple of pages back - https://www.ebay.ie/itm/404995278632 I wouldn't say they're "black" either. Really it is more like a light grey tint! So you may be wise to get the white ones, if there's a good saving. bertie1249
