If u've c5 you shouldn't need a wheel cleaner just shampoo. Or even snow foam and a blast with pressure washer would nearly do that's all I use. If you need a wheel cleaner c5 isn't working or applied wrong just a thought Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Personally wouldn't just use water if that's all u've got. It's a specific wheel cleaner for a reason. Probably won't do any harm but it'll be stronger than paint prewashes to get the gunk of wheels.
