  1. Dont go for the TTE777 , its not a very nice turbo. The TTE700 has better spool and can give you , with the right fuel, more power than is good for youre stock engine. 720 hp 800nm When you want more, then you must build youre engine. Around 13K here. But then you can go better for a DVX turbo @ 800 hp They are by far the best for the RS3/TTRS platform. There software is from another level. Check them out. First start with Intergrated Engineering intake SAR Intercooler DVX charge pipe DVX downpipe
  2. Very nice car, Updates incoming, I have an RS3 daza TTE700 670 hp 750 nm Tip : get the best intercooler. SAR Perfect fit amd by far the best cooling
  3. Bump up this topic, I want a DCC set, but i dont now , KW or the B16 damptronic. The KW i read lots of problems. Is the Bilstein perfect ?
  4. I also replaced the 12 mm spacers for 10 mm. Its a little bit Better. When i was replacing, i saw rubbing spot.
  5. So they don't send a new set. I measure the hight and Eibach said , its in the margin. Because the car in front is lower than rear, i want to go for a KW DCC, But i read very bad things, so i thinking of B16 damptronic. What are you think ?
  6. Today the garage give me a call, They spoken to Eibach. The probably send a new set...
  7. The numbers on the box and springs seems the correct
  8. The rubbing is in the front Of the Wheel. Not on top. I will try 10 mm spacers instead 12mm But than i think have 1 mm space between caliper and spoke
  9. My 7R hits the plastic with the wheels. DCC Eibach pro kit 10/15mm 19" Pretoria 235/35/19 MPC2 Front 12 mm spacers Rear 15 mm spacers I read that many have same setup or even more lowering or wider spacers But no problems. Is it normal with my setup ?? Is it possible that i have the wrong springs ???
  10. I have a problem, my wheel hit the car. Mk7 R Stock Pretoria Eibach pro kit. Front 12 mm spacers Rear 15 mm spacers Is this normal?
  11. The Tuner is very experienced, They do a great job, research logging etc
  12. Hey guys, Iam from The Netherlands. I have buyed my 7R last oktober. 65.000 km Iam the second owner, totally stock. Garage did big service. Oil, dsg, sparks, and a new haldex pump. So then the upgrades comming. VWR 600 INTAKE Forge intake hose Wagner intercooler Loba 462 JM tuning downpipe with 200 cell So the tuner die the carand everything seems oke, at they dyno he die 472 hp and 565 nm. But on the road the Dsg clutch slips from 4 to 5. I was very dissapointed because normally every stock clutch can handle 565 nm. So they orderd a new Oettinger dsg clutch ranked for 650 nm. With the new clutch installed again slip.... So the tuner set the pressure to 17 bar. And now i have no slip anymore. Iam happy, finally i can drive my car. But on the way home in the higher rpm, the engine hold, So 1 week later when i have time, i went back to the tuner. They logged my car and in the higher rpm on full power my fuel pressure was dropping from 200 bar to 145 bar. The say it can be an injector that give to much fuel, and so the pump can't deliver enough pressure. But it can also be the stock pump. So the have an almost new cupra 10.000 km and they get the cupra pump on my car. They logged the car with the cupra pump and the fuel pressure stays at 200 bar. Conclusion, fuel pump. Soi orderd a loba hpfp pump. And they fitted it, everything seems oke. But now i drive yesterday the car and again the engine is holding a little bit on full power in the 4 and 5 gear. I have a feeling that i now have a very expensive upgrade clutch and pump that are not necessary. especially, with 472 hp. I consinder to make the car complete stock, and sell it. To buy another 7R or S3 So i can use all the upgrades. With the pump and clutch i can go also to the TTE 535. What do You tink guys
  13. My tuner's advice on stage 3/4 = stock Spark plugs

  15. Hey Kieran, I have a question, My 7R 472pk & 565Nm Loba Lo462 turboJMTuning Downpipe with sportcatVW Racing R600 IntakeWagner Tuning Competition intercoolerForge intake hoseJDEngineering Stage 3+ softwareJDEngineering Stage 3 DSG softwareFirezone Competition RON102 fuel But then on the highway my dsg have slip, so i decide to get uprated dsg clutch packs, oettinger performance clutch, rated for 650 nm. so the dsg again slips, now the tuner set the dsg pressure from 12 bar to 16 bar and now i have zero slip. So perfect, But now in the higher rpm's around 5500 at full boost the engine is holding down, so we logged, and the fuel pressure drops from 200 to 145 and back to 200. So i think i need a loba hpfp.... Why needs my car a upgraded dsg clutch, and now a hpfp ??? there are a lot of other 7R / S3 with the same numbers or even more . around 500 hp What is the limit of the fuel system of the 7R, especiallythe hpfp ?
