  1. This is the brand new 76.0mm Golf R Mk7/7.5 Downpipe from BCS Powervalve... Following on from the demand for ultimate flow we have developed this with clients looking at up to 600 bhp in mind. Featuring the oversized 100 cell cat with an open area equivalent to an 93.0mm open pipe and the brand new 76.0mm 'Softflex' specifically developed with flow in mind having a genuine 76.0mm I.D. unlike previous 76.0mm flexis which only offer a 69,0mm I.D. To further compliment the downpipe both the catted and cat delete pipes will now be supplied with the 1200 degree titanium thermal wrap to enhance power further, and the 200 cell lambda mini cat. Thanks for looking Nige
  2. Hey guys, completely new to this. I have a 2015 7R currently running a custom Racingline stage 1 map and a Res delete, I wanna go that extra bit louder with the decat now. Been scouring online for days about all this talk about stage 2 which I really don’t want, I’m happy with the power - I just want the noise. I spoke to my tuner who is urging me to get stage 2 for £500 and then intakes etc which I really don’t want, he isn’t really giving me the option to “alter” my current map to support the decat. What can I do to get around this? Are their any other reputable companies that could alter my map for a decent price? If not I’m looking into just getting a custom backbox delete to make things simpler, but I’m not 100% on the sound. Any recommendations/suggestions? Thank you!!
  3. Hi all, I’m looking to install a downpipe and decat on my Mk7.5 (keeping cat-back standard). Does anyone have any experience with either the Scorpion, Airtec or Milltek? Milltek is about £100 more expensive, but I can’t see any difference other than a more well known brand. Thanks! Alice 😊
  4. Hi All, My 2015 R was involved in an accident and the down pipe has been damaged in the process, I've seen a couple of original spares for sale but they are of a 2017 Golf R. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this before? Do you know if this would be a straight fit? are there and differences i the 2 models etc? Appreciate any help on this Thanks
  5. Hi guys , im new to the forum. I have a mk7 golf r and i am currently running a jb4 with a resonator delete, vwr600 intake , silicone hose and turbo inlet elbow from racingline. I would like to get a downpipe next ,but im not sure as to which would be the best for not throwing any cel lights up. Do you need a sports cat such as the bcs 200cell cat or can you just purchase a a downpipe without the cat. Cheers for any help in advance.
  6. Hi guys I’m looking to get a new de-catted downpipe, either a Milltek, or scorpion, does this mean I would need to get a resonator delete pipe, or wouldn’t it matter to much if I kept it standard i was wondering if anyone has done this and has any recommendations thanks in advance
  7. hey guys i was just wanting to know if anyone has tried the toyosport downpipe and if it is any good?
  8. I am looking at getting a downpipe for my Golf.
  9. As above, got a sports cat to be fitted in a few weeks and am considering doing a res delete as well at same time. Just wanted opinions from anyone who has done both mods or the decat with res delete on noise when day to day driving etc
