  1. Crazy driving for a residential area. Looks like you have haldex issues as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Maybe I’m too old. Just do not get this. Along with wind deflectors and these plough sized diffusers. ETTO Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  5. I go with M440i coupe G22 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Air filter isn’t every two years according to VW, however I’ll be changing all filters. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Don’t even need a battery, you can take the motor off and wind it back manually. I’ve had an OBDeleven pro for years, so may as well do it properly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. All done….hooked the battery charger up just in case. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. So, my 2014 DSG (37k miles) is due it’s annual service. Not exactly sure what is due. I’m thinking full major service, brake fluid, DSG I do my own haldex every 12-18 months, so don’t need this doing. Spark plugs, I replaced these myself 10k miles / 3 years ago, but thinking I should get them changed again. I replace the oil every 6 months in between it’s official service. DSG was serviced at 20k miles Answers on a postcard please! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I’ve got a charger so that’s not a problem. Does the OBDeleven dongle need to be left in the port? I know the dongle does drain the battery if left connected (even when the ignition is off). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Hi all Probably going to be replacing my rear brake discs and pads one evening this week. Look at the app on OBDELEVEN it states a battery charger must be connected to the car during this procedure. Why?
  12. Not sure on the exact colour, just seen on several posts that CM’s silver are very very bright. Main reason I chose the anthracite grey pret reps. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Do you have grooved brake discs? These can make a noise as they scrape the pad. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Too bright are those. I don’t know why CM wheels don’t try to match the OEM colour more. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Yes, definitely get it serviced. I do a 6 monthly oil change regardless of mileage. Last one was done around 1500 miles from its official service last year. The inside of the oil filter housing was caked in Mayo type deposits due to the very low mileage, which does not allow any moisture to burn away. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Have you done any work on the brake system recently? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. It has a thicker stronger shaft http://www.fastlineturbo.co.uk
  18. Has SpursMadDave left, haven’t seen a post from him for a while?
  19. I would have a look at fast lane turbos as well. They do an even stronger version than Littco - plus, you will probably be able to speak to someone (all I hear about littco is the failure to answer phones / emails).
  20. I’m moving to the website version. Looks like it’s now got “Tapatalk” features such as unread, notifications etc. tabs along the button. 👍
  21. Seen JB4 equipped cars do it in 3.7-3.8
  22. Anyone friends with any of the current crop of YouTubers?
  23. We need a drag race: mk7 manual mk7 dsg mk7.5 manual mk7.5 dsg mk8 dsg
  24. Depends when you are financially able to retire. Choices at 55 years of age may be different to those at 65. For me, don’t think it will be anything sporty. More comfy and luxurious. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Sounds like an issue with the master cylinder to me. Are you sure there are no leaks? How old / what mileage is the car? I would get it checked out ASAP. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
