  1. I did indeed[emoji23] Apr engine software for pre gpf cars is imho the best software available. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. That’s good then. Let the modding begin[emoji4] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. For anyone thinking of doing this I wouldn’t bother. I have one in my car and yesterday me and the daughter were in the car and I didn’t have my phone. She got a notification telling her she was travelling with an air tag and was able to play a sound to locate it! So let’s hope Apple users aren’t car thieves otherwise they’d be notified and able to find it and disable it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Yeah very pleased with them, I don’t do track days or anything just normal fast road stuff. Pedal feel is great and they’re much stronger than the oem brakes. No squeal or anything, Perfect! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Having used Milltek Scorpion and Cobra sports cats. I’d argue that BCS downpipes have the best sportscat on the market and will pass any emissions test available. For me anyone fitting a downpipe with cat is mad not to use the BCS one. Best fitting best designed and by far the best quality available. Fit and forget. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Having fitted about 5 or 6 of these you really need the lift. Assuming the lift you can access is a 2 post lift so all wheels are hanging instead of a drive on 4 post? I usually undo the lambda connections up top remove the clamp on to turbo. Then from underneath remove the dogbone mount torque bar. Undo the front prop shaft bolts and push the engine forward to disconnect that Remove the heat sheid from the front of the steering rack (4 or 5 torx 30) Then the two 13mm nuts each side of the cat. That gives you enough room to remove it, you’ll find you need to rotate the old downpipe to remove at the final stages. Once removed there’s a bracket bolted to the back of the engine that needs removed unless fitting Milltek as this could the downpipe from sitting correctly. Think it’s two bolts which are fiddly but manageable. That’s it. Car will run fine without any warning lamp until it’s done 50 miles or so but do t push it in until mapped as the car will over boost until mapped. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. The steering wheel change is an easy diy job. As I say once the wheels removed it’s just taking your time to get the trim removed. @Stobsie will manage no problem just remind him to bring his superglue [emoji23] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Yeah looked the same as mine apart from blue stitching and band. When are you fitting it? Hardest part for me was removing the trim from your old steering wheel Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. All the Tesco 95 pumps round here have been E10 for over a month. Good old momentum is still E5 though[emoji1303] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Looks good. You pleased with the job? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I replaced the one on our gtd and my R with these. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bosch-car-battery-S5A08-start-stop-12V-70Ah-760A-/393067283013?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&_trksid=p2349624.m2548.l6249&mkrid=710-127635-2958-0 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Last October I went for the Milltek gpf back valves with chrome tips. Don’t think any system for the gpf car is noisy but the Milltek certainly gives a little more noise than stock with some louder pops and bangs on overrun. If I decide to sell my car then it’ll be in classifieds for my usual reasonable prices. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Looks to be an excellent setup. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. For a split second I thought they were Redstuff pads[emoji23][emoji1787] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Might be as simple as getting the broken bolt out and replacing it and reshaping the heat shield. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Yeah it’s just one of the bolts for the centre support by the look of it. Just don’t be launching it and it’ll get you home fine. Assuming no other damage to fuel tank or lines etc? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Does it still drive okay with no new noise or vibration? From that picture I’d say you could drive it home no problem. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Yeah they were the cheapest and during communication with both Royal and Custom it was Royal who always replied and done the job quickly[emoji1303] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Out of interest what size spacers were needed for the 18” Cadiz to clear the stage 2 Racingline brake kit?
  20. Just gonna have one myself and a browse of autotrader[emoji4] 33 mpg is not bad especially if your just driving normally [emoji1303] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Same to you mate Enjoy[emoji4] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Had my car nearly 18 months which is a record for me. Plus if I sell now I’ll make £2k for than I paid for it. Missed out on a new GR Yaris but there’s still a month old one available [emoji2371] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Took my eibach pro springs and koni active dampers off. Contemplating a change but then I drive it again and can’t decide[emoji2371] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
