  1. Traded my Mk5 R32 in for my current Mk7 R. Mk7 is a far superior car in both power and handling side of things, but it just cant match the R32 for the noise, throttle response and sense of occasion. R32 used to snap necks when people heard it passing on throttle, most looked puzzled it was only a Golf๐Ÿ˜‰.
  2. I think that is only a step on the changeover from variable valve timing.
  3. I tried out the Valet mode on the JB4, think it had no boost. Sooooooo slow!๐Ÿ˜ฒ
  4. With the right tools who needs garages๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜‚
  5. Great review. I've much the same mods as yourself and it really surprises everyone with its pace. Did a standing 1km runway event a few months ago and was well able for a stage 1 2012 RS3 and easily beat a factory Mountune 375bhp Focus RS.
  6. hahaha, the golf reacts at any time of the month tho!
  7. Turn the dial slow and it goes up in larger increments, turn it fast it goes up in smaller increments.๐Ÿ˜‰
  8. I've the airbox mod and panel filter done myself. Intake temps did reduce and topend has more power. Does the very same thing as the R600, if not better as cold air being let into the engine bay that the R600 cuts off.
  9. Brilliant cars! I had one before the R and I still miss the sound and throttle response! mine was a grey 3 door with same cloth recaros as your and DSG.
  10. I'll update mine over the weekend George. I had great fun with my JB4 on Sunday......

    SORRY I NEED HELP

I'm sure this can be changed to MPH in the MIB under the units tab.
  12. Shame you cant get the PS4S in 18". Cup2 an awesome tyre for track, however if it rains youre screwed. Even standing water on motorways will be dodgey.
