Yeah my H&R lowering springs sat considerably lower on the car and no issues with rubbing which was Hunter aligned too. Has to be a shorter strut on the coil overs causing the issue. Will do the screw mod later if it’s not raining and that should resolve it. The drive is so much nicer on the coils though it has to be said. Just need to thinker and get them dialled in fully. What a faff! Clarkie48

BobbyT
I had to raise my Billys as it was rubbing too much, I also did the screw mod. I wound them up a little front and rear. All is well now, improved the damping too but I only went for the poorman's B14's

So did the screw mod tonight. Lowered the front slightly and the rear significantly and it looked stock height on the back. Both how I had the H&R springs now, dampers on setting 8 on front and back ( I prefer a tight chasis and ride) but its hugely better than the springs. Did love the springs but they are quite a harsh ride. The B16 have been worth it so far and may still need to tweak in the coming days/weeks. It's all trial and error. Took it with my mate, full tank and boot for a spirited drive and hooned it about on some back roads they are pretty bumpy to say the least. Only had one split second of rub over a big bump (barely noticed it between us) so it's almost perfect. Have to say the coil overs are such a comfortable ride, even when on stiff setting compared to springs.

Sounds like you have nearly sorted it.Yeah I do find the H&R springs quite harsh and my wife doesn’t like them.May go for coilovers again at some point but just shelled out on a scorpion exhaust so will have to wait. BobbyT
Spanked it's arse a little today.... three and a bit years in and I still love it as much as I did when I first bought it. I'm usually thinking of changing at 3/4 years but I think I'll stick with her a bit longer. camelsac2002

AHG
Rubbed my wheels on a curb backing out of a parking gateway that wouldn’t open (new buildings make such narrow passages for cars, not sure why). Was pretty annoyed by that. Muzza
Kevstar69
Hi all gave my it's 1st wash didn't need it but only got it Friday so wanted to have a close look around it . Always think you notice more when you give it a detail. Anyway good news did not find a mark on it. Just noticed driving to work the drivers side mirror indicator what you can see from the seat is not working or very faint any ideas. camelsac2002

Has someone fitted dynamic mirror indicators?I know when I tried them that’s the reason I removed them.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I thought it was strange they only showed at night on the left side anyway and intermittently on the right.
