Thanks Rebecca, me too. Very hard decision, but it’s become an expensive garage ornament and we are planning a house extension for early next year so could do with the cash.

I may find myself driving my sisters (formally my mum’s) Aygo for the few trips out I do these days. I’ll stick around on here though - May be tempted by another in future, possibly a Mk8, when the looks have grown on me.

Makes a lot of sense Graeme, if the car is just sitting unused and you have a house project that can use the funds. Glad you’re sticking around on here.

The day you think 'the front is not that bad, it's growing on me'.......is the day you think this is not 'that bad'

'But but, maybe the R version will look better'......here's the R version:

^^ Whenever I have the misfortune to see one of these on the road, it always puts me in mind of asking a toddler to draw a car, and then actually making it.  I feel the same when I see the rear lights of a Jeep Renegade.  They are the kind of lights a little did would draw in crayon thinking they are fab!

The reality though....

I really like the first series Multipla’s. Probably in a minority though. They have a very intelligently designed interior and the exterior was way more interesting that the contemporary (1998) first Audi TT which I thought  was poorly done, particularly from the front view. The second series of both cars reversed the order though, the more conventional front end of the Multipla was awful and the second series TT was in much better proportion.

I actually think that looks ok and will probably sell quite well, I wouldn't buy one but it certainly isn't offensive

I watched Mat Watson’s Carwow review of the Honda-e earlier. It is expensive and it doesn’t have as good a range as some of its competitors, luggage capacity is pretty poor and rear passengers get a bit of a raw deal, but I think it looks quite quirky in a good way.

Don’t think I’d buy one though; if I did, then it wouldn’t be a yellow one - IMO the car that Mat tested looked much better in blue. Interesting to see that although it’s laden with touchscreens, Honda look to have retained conventional controls for heating and ventilation - maybe VW could learn something from that.............(mk8 Golf, ID3) 🤔.

Yeah I have no interest in an electric car until there is little other choice but I genuinely think ok

WBAC offered me £15350. 2015 with 45000 miles, I payed £16000 for it 11 month's ago.

I'm sure they would try and take money off, there initial valuation!!

Even If I ended up with 15k, it's cheap motoring for the type of car.

I'm, thinking on changing it for a dsg, as my left leg is giving me jip again

Life can’t get very much better😂.  A year in an R is a treat in the first place....but even sweeter for you.  Good to hear, and good for you too. Well done.
